O espaço de Nigam é exatamente como nas fotos, nossa família, 10 pessoas, passou dias incríveis na casa, sem contar que a localização é a poucos minutos do centro e de várias atrações da cidade!!! Já Nigam se mostrou sempre pronto para ajudar com rapidez no que precisamos, sempre muito educado e cordial!! Altamente recomendo a casa!! Muito obrigado Nigam pela estadia em sua casa, estava tudo perfeito!!

Had a great time sleeping a group of nine! There were plenty of rooms and ways to rearrange beds so that everyone slept comfortably. Definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re in a large group.

My friends and I absolutely loved the stay at Nigam and Wendy’s! Lots of available space and clear instructions on how to check in, clean up, and check out. Lots of recommendations were offered and the amenities were all very useful, we found it easy to locate what we were looking for in the unit. The bed space was also perfect for the number of people we had (7). I would recommend a stay with Nigam and Wendy to all who would like to stay close to the downtown Chicago.

Great place and location. We appreciated the amenities provided. The decor upstairs and downstairs was cool. There were a lot of fun little features all over. Loved the Blockbuster sign next to the VHS movies and the kids were fascinated with the typewriter. Host responded quickly to door code issue that I had. AC had a little trouble keeping up upstairs in the summer heat, but the fans provided helped with that. We were able to park 2 cars very close on the street every night of our stay. Overall, loved the place and it worked very well for our two families.

Nigam was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a horrible mishap with the original Airbnb host and Nigam was able to accommodate me and my family immediately in order for us to have a place to stay. There was enough beds for everyone. The upstairs area does get hot, however there are fans and a window unit in the room to remain cool. Nigam was very easy to communicate with whether it was through the app or his personal phone number. Will stay here again.

Exactly as described. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable. Shower can be a little tricky but Nigam will help right away if you have any problems. Very quiet neighborhood and we really appreciated the 2 car garage. For the price and access to the city, you'd have a hard time finding better than this.

Great space, made for a memorable weekend getaway with some old friends. Beds were spartan but did the trick, plenty of amenities and fun vibe! Some cool walkable bars/restaurants/coffee shops and easy to Uber elsewhere in the city if you need.

An amazing location to spend the weekend with loved ones. Host was helpful and responsive when it came to recommendations and other tips to navigate our surroundings. Overall a wonderful experience!
