Had a great time sleeping a group of nine! There were plenty of rooms and ways to rearrange beds so that everyone slept comfortably. Definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re in a large group.

My friends and I absolutely loved the stay at Nigam and Wendy’s! Lots of available space and clear instructions on how to check in, clean up, and check out. Lots of recommendations were offered and the amenities were all very useful, we found it easy to locate what we were looking for in the unit. The bed space was also perfect for the number of people we had (7). I would recommend a stay with Nigam and Wendy to all who would like to stay close to the downtown Chicago.

Great place and location. We appreciated the amenities provided. The decor upstairs and downstairs was cool. There were a lot of fun little features all over. Loved the Blockbuster sign next to the VHS movies and the kids were fascinated with the typewriter. Host responded quickly to door code issue that I had. AC had a little trouble keeping up upstairs in the summer heat, but the fans provided helped with that. We were able to park 2 cars very close on the street every night of our stay. Overall, loved the place and it worked very well for our two families.

Nigam is a great host!! His place is exactly how it is in the pictures. That decor itself was beautiful he even has lots of complementary items that you wouldn’t normally find in an Airbnb and plenty of things to do inside the home. It was supposed to be six of us but ended up only being four so we had lots of room. I will definitely stay in his place again.

Great location near downtown and restaurants. The house greets you with a wonderful home like feeling but also a luxury vacation vibe. There's endless entertainment. The kitchen is perfect to make any dish. Spacious rooms and convenient bathrooms. Make sure to unwind with a classic movie on VHS in the home theater. Tap into creativity with the unique chalk board space galaxy room. The decor was perfect in every room. The blockbuster sign takes you back in time, really cool. The home was perfectly stocked up with everything. A true gem overall.

Although we spent 4 nights in the property, I shared it with my other sisters and their families and we had more than enough room, washrooms, towels and supplies to keep us above and beyond comfortable. Nigam was consistently responsive and a really above par excellent host! He didn't hesitate to get us answers or to assist us in minor issues, like when we locked ourselves out of our bedrooms .... (lol). Overall, a very well cared for space, quite spacious and above all--- SUPER COMFORTABLE~ I would highly recommend spending your time here and in this space when in the Chicago area. This location was conveniently located to so many areas that we were quite pleased. We have added it to our future Chicago stays. Thanks again for all that you provided for us, Nigam! Our stay at The Luxe loft was great! It was beautiful decorated it felt very luxurious. Robes and slippers were provided . Silk bedding , plenty of throws and pillows throughout the loft. It’s spacious enough to fit 2 adults and 10 children comfortably. We enjoyed the movie room and the galaxy room the most . The children’s able to kick back and enjoy themselves. Nigam communicated their expectations well, I received a call 2 days before check in as an introductory call and the day after check in to make sure everything was going good. I would highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood literally 4 minutes to the expressway that will take you to whatever part of the city you want to explore. Staying here is a must!
